Job description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Developer to design, develop, and enhance solutions within the Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem. This role combines strong technical development with functional expertise, focusing on modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Time & Labor, Payroll, Journeys, and Workflow. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, efficient, and secure solutions using Oracle Cloud- native tools and best practices., * Application Development & Support Design, develop, and configure solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud modules

Lead configuration and optimization of recruiting and onboarding processes
Develop and maintain Fast Formulas and workflow configurations
Build custom solutions using tools such as VBCS, APEX, REST APIs, and other Oracle Cloud technologies
Write and optimize complex SQL and PL/ SQL for data processing and validation
Analyze existing configurations and recommend improvements

Architecture & Optimization Provide expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and data models Support integrations across HCM modules and external systems Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, security, and scalability Continuously improve system design and reduce technical debt Stay updated with Oracle Cloud releases and enhancements

Collaboration & Leadership Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud solutions Collaborate with cross- functional teams including functional, reporting, and integration teams Translate business requirements into technical designs Lead technical initiatives and provide documentation for long- term support

Requirements

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud Strong expertise in Recruiting ( ORC), Onboarding, and Workflow Hands- on experience with Fast Formulas Experience with VBCS, Oracle APEX, and REST integrations Strong SQL and PL/ SQL skills Solid understanding of Oracle HCM architecture and data flows Excellent communication and problem- solving skills

Preferred Qualifications Experience with Payroll, Time & Labor, and broader HCM modules Exposure to AI- driven features within Oracle Cloud Experience in complex enterprise environments Knowledge of compliance and data security standards
