First Deployment Technical Program Manager, Robotics Delivery & Packaging Innovation

Experteer Overview In this role you own the strategy and delivery of complex, first-time automation infrastructure deployments across Amazon’s global fulfillment network.You will shape deployment plans, manage end-to-end infrastructure builds, and build scalable processes that enable later teams to operate with minimal oversight.You’ll influence senior leaders within a VP organization and mentor junior engineers, working across regions and time zones to drive impactful automation programs.This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of robotics, platforms, and global deployment.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Define and own end-to-end infrastructure deployment strategy for first-time automation technologies where deployment plans do not exist * Manage full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional infrastructure builds and coordinate resources across teams * Lead cross-functional alignment within a VP organization, advising on trade-offs and prioritization * Define infrastructure build requirements and dependencies for new products; surface design issues to engineering teams * Build scalable deployment mechanisms, frameworks, and tooling to convert complexity into repeatable processes * Balance short-term delivery with long-term sustainability using data-driven decision making * Mentor and develop junior deployment engineers and drive engineering best practices * Evaluate and deploy large-scale automation technologies across multiple countries and building types * Streamline processes, reduce dependencies, and prevent development collisions Responsabilidades * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Structural Engineering * Experience in program or project management * Experience managing complex infrastructure technology programs end-to-end * Experience defining deployment strategies for new technologies without existing build plans * Ability to define infrastructure build requirements and dependencies * Experience identifying deployment issues stemming from design issues and providing feedback to engineering * Experience influencing within a VP organization and advising on strategy and trade-offs * Experience mentoring engineers * Strong written communication and presenting to Directors and VPs Requisitos principales *
