Senior Professional Services Consultant (Lims)

Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant, you will lead LIMS implementations across healthcare, life sciences, public health and commercial labs.You’ll work directly with customers to gather requirements, configure and validate solutions, and support integrations.You’ll contribute to AI, automation and digital transformation initiatives within modern laboratories.This role offers exposure to AI-enabled, cloud-based platforms and a chance to shape impactful diagnostics workflows at scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Lead LIMS implementation projects from requirements through go-live * Conduct workshops, business analysis and workflow assessments * Configure, test and validate LIMS solutions * Support integrations with laboratory instruments and third-party systems * Deliver customer training, demonstrations and solution workshops * Support software upgrades, enhancements and optimization initiatives * Contribute to AI, automation and digital transformation projects Responsabilidades * Minimum 5 years in LIMS/solutions consulting or similar * Minimum 10 years in laboratory environments, laboratory informatics, healthcare IT or LIMS/LIS implementations * Experience implementing and configuring LIMS/LIS solutions * Experience gathering requirements and delivering customer workshops * Experience leading customer-facing software implementation projects * Experience supporting testing, validation and deployment activities * Experience working in regulated laboratory or healthcare environments * Degree in Biomedical Science, Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Molecular Biology or related discipline Requisitos principales * home-based role * occasional travel
