UnterstĂźtzung unserer Kunden vor Ort bei IT-Anliegen Installation, Einrichtung und Wartung von Hardware (PCs, Drucker, Peripherie) Basis-Konfiguration von Arbeitsplatzsystemen und Software DurchfĂźhrung einfacher Netzwerk-Checks und Fehlerbehebung vor Ort Behebung komplexerer StĂśrungen mit dem internen IT-Team Einweisung von Kunden in den Umgang mit IT-Systemen

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker fßr Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Grundlegendes IT-Verständnis und Interesse an Technik Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten im Kundenkontakt Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lÜsungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Fßhrerschein Klasse B Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
