Empowerment with AI program.</p> </li> <li> <p>Translate the ZEISS AI strategy into tangible measures to drive AI adoption (e.g., AI fluency for all, Domain-based training).</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage cross functional project teams and align stakeholders across business units.</p> </li> <li> <p>Consult and coach other project teams on change management, enabling project leads to integrate actionable change activities into their project plans.</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage diverse stakeholder groups and build strong relationships as a trusted advisor for AI-related change.</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrate and track the impact of change activities with clear KPIs and feedback mechanisms.</p> </li> </ul> <p>Profil </p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of experience as Change Manager with focus on digital transformation, ideally in AI Transformation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven track record in leading large projects or programs using agile methodologies.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong drive to create measurable impact through structured change management.</p> </li> <li> <p>Very strong communication skills and high empathy for collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups.</p> </li> <li> <p>Business fluent German and English.</p> </li> </ul> <p>Wir bieten</p> <p>JBFD1_DE</p>
