Mandatory Certified Pega System Architect (CSA) (CSSA is a strong plus) 5+ years of experience in Pega development, with solid hands-on experience in Pega Infinity 8.x (preferably 8.7.x) Proven experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions end-to-end Strong expertise in case management, workflows, decisioning, and integrations Experience designing, coding, unit testing, and documenting solutions following best practices Ability to take ownership of user stories and technical deliverables Experience working in Agile environments Strong communication skills in English and Spanish Desirable Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs Experience in banking or financial services Exposure to App Studio and Dev Studio Ability to lead technical discussions, demos, and walkthroughs with stakeholders Mentoring or coaching junior team members Knowledge of performance tuning and Pega best practices What will you do?
