Collaboration & Continuous Development - Foster a collaborative, learning-oriented environment across regional teams, clearly communicate insights in an international context, and continuously build expertise in analytics, planning processes, and supply chain concepts. We expect: - Educational Background - Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field. - Planning & Analytics Experience - Initial experience in planning, analytics, supply chain, consulting, or commercial support, including internships or graduate roles. - Data & Tools Proficiency - Strong Excel skills paired with foundational experience in data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, SQL, Databricks, or comparable platforms. - Data Engineering Exposure - Basic understanding of data ingestion processes and pipeline structures to support reliable analytics and planning outcomes. - Demand Planning Awareness - Exposure to forecasting, logistics, or commercial processes is a plus, with the ability to connect operational drivers to demand signals. - Analytical & Communication Skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate effectively to diverse audiences. - Working Style & Mindset - Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive, with a solution-focused approach, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. - Collaboration & Growth Mindset - Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills, curiosity to learn and openness to change - Language Skills - Proficiency level in Spanish and English for effective communication in international teams.
