KAFKA DEVELOPER

At Aubay, we are looking for a Kafka Developer profile. The person will join the technical team, participating in the development and maintenance of event-driven architecture solutions, with a focus on Kafka within distributed environments. The role is aimed at technical profiles with experience in backend development and messaging systems, working on critical systems and collaborating with different teams to ensure the correct integration and processing of data. Responsibilities - Development and maintenance of solutions based on Apache Kafka. - Implementation of event-driven architectures. - Design and development of Kafka producers and consumers. - Management and monitoring of real-time data flows. - Integration of systems through messaging solutions. - Incident resolution and performance optimization. - Collaboration with development, architecture, and operations teams. - Participation in continuous improvement initiatives for the platform. Requirements - At least 3 years of

experience in Kafka development. - Experience in backend development (preferably Java). - Knowledge of distributed and event-driven architectures. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Proactive mindset and quality-oriented approach.
