Active Directory Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Design, implement, and manage Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID services in a large enterprise environment.
• Ensure the availability, security, and performance of identity and authentication infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize Group Policies (GPOs), AD Sites & Services, FSMO Roles, and domain services.
• Lead Active Directory recovery activities, including Domain Controller, SYSVOL/DFSR, DNS, and database restoration scenarios.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administration, monitoring, reporting, and operational processes.
• Support hybrid identity solutions, including synchronization between on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Troubleshoot authentication, access, directory synchronization, and identity lifecycle management issues.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams on identity governance, compliance, and modernization initiatives.

• 6+ years of experience managing and evolving enterprise Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments, with strong expertise in hybrid identity, automation, security hardening, directory synchronization, and authentication services.
• English: Professional working proficiency.

• On-Call & Deployment Support: Occasional weekend support for deployments and participation in a rotational weekend on-call schedule.
