Business Technology Partner Manager Process Transformation Procurement

Main Accountabilities: * Act as the primary Business Technology point of contact for Corporate Procurement and Finance leadership. * Develop a deep understanding of Procurement and Finance strategies, operating models, regulatory and control requirements, and transformation priorities. * Translate business strategy and functional needs into a clear, value-driven Business Technology roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture, global standards, and investment governance. * Proactively identify, propose, and drive technology-enabled initiatives to improve Procurement and Finance processes, efficiency, controls, and user experience. * Coordinate end-to-end delivery of initiatives through global BT product, platform, and delivery teams, ensuring alignment with agreed scope, timelines, and outcomes. * Support multi-year planning activities, including demand intake, prioritization, budgeting, and

value realization tracking. * Ensure technology outcomes deliver measurable business value, tracked through agreed KPIs/OKRs. * Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supporting decision-making related to technology investments and transformation initiatives. Education & Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Technology, or equivalent professional experience. * 5+ years of experience in Business Technology, IT Business Partnering, or functional IT roles supporting Procurement and/or Finance. * Strong knowledge of procurement solutions, such as Coupa or SAP Ariba * Solid understanding of procurement and finance processes * Proven experience designing and leading procurement transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on process optimization and business outcomes * Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and product-centric operating models * Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across global, cross-functional teams
