Experteer Overview As a Lead Software Engineer in JPMorgan Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking team, you will drive design, development, and secure delivery of scalable tech products. You act as a core technical contributor across multiple domains, shaping architecture and improving operational stability. You’ll lead communities of practice and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to advance trusted banking tech. This role blends hands-on coding with strategic technical leadership to enable enterprise-scale outcomes.
