Experteer Overview In this role you contribute to advanced aerospace programs by applying systems engineering across development, decomposition, and integration efforts to support platforms like F-35, F-22, F-16, and C-130. You will work within the SEIT/Aeronautics ecosystem to shape technical solutions, run MBSE concepts, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and leadership. Your work aims to ensure robust system definitions, risk management, and successful testing and deployment for mission-critical air vehicles. Compensation / Benefits * Perform systems engineering development and decomposition using established processes and tools * Lead or contribute to test design and test planning activities * Develop and manage system requirements, interfaces, and verification artifacts * Apply Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to define product models for planning and execution * Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders; brief senior executives and military personnel * Interface with cross-functional teams to support lifecycle management and agile processes * Support risk assessment using quantitative models and analytical tools * Contribute to environment for hardware/software integration and mechanical/air vehicle systems Tasks * US Citizen * Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline * Experience in systems engineering development and/or decomposition * Experience with hardware/software development & integration or mechanical/air vehicle systems * Knowledge of DOORS, JIRA, CATIA, or Dimension SPAR or similar tools * Understanding of test design and test planning * Experience with MBSE concepts and modeling for project planning * Experience leading systems engineering activities and lifecycle processes * Knowledge of Agile methodology * Ability to brief and interface with senior executives and senior military personnel * Strong communication skills and analytical problem-solving abilities * Experience deriving system requirements from customer documents or developing Statements of Work Key requirements * Medical * Dental * 401k * Paid time off * Work/life balance * Career development
