Senior AI-ML Engineer

Experteer Overview In this senior role at Mayo Clinic, you will lead end-to-end AI/ML initiatives that improve patient care and clinical operations. You’ll work with clinicians, designers, product managers, IT staff, and external partners to translate needs into robust AI solutions that integrate into clinical workflows. You will shape the design, validation, and deployment of AI technologies, ensuring safety, regulatory alignment, and scalable delivery. You’ll mentor junior engineers and establish repeatable practices for AI development and releases.
