Hiring: Freelance IT Support/Network Support Engineer (Onsite Dispatch) We’re looking for an experienced Network Support Engineer for a one-time onsite dispatch assignment to support a new ISP circuit handoff and connectivity validation at our client site. Scope of Work Identify the new ISP circuit handoff at the site Connect the ISP circuit to the deployed underlay link Verify physical connectivity and link status Coordinate with the remote network team for end-to-end connectivity testing Perform basic troubleshooting (LED status, cable reseating, power cycling if required) Confirm the circuit is fully operational before closure Required Tools * Laptop with MS Teams and PuTTY installed * 1 × LAN Cable * USB to RJ45 Console Cable * USB-A to USB-C or USB-C to USB-C Cable (based on laptop compatibility) * Wi-Fi Dongle with stable internet connectivity Preferred Skills * Hands-on networking experience (Cisco/Fortinet/Juniper or equivalent) * Experience with ISP circuit installations and network troubleshooting * Ability to work independently while coordinating with remote engineers * Familiarity with console access, physical network connectivity, and basic Layer 1/Layer 2 troubleshooting
