Experteer Overview In this role you will develop high-quality software that supports business needs and enterprise standards. You’ll work on CMS websites and services for internal partners, within a cross-functional product team, spanning design, development, testing, and deployment. You’ll contribute to technical design, write maintainable code, and help operate and improve systems. This position offers growth through collaboration with senior engineers and exposure to enterprise architectures and accessibility standards. You’ll impact Disney’s digital experiences across brands by delivering scalable, reliable software. Compensation / Benefits * Develop and deliver complex CMS websites, integrations, and services from discovery to operations * Design, test, and deploy software aligned to specifications and standards * Write clean, secure, and reusable code with performance in mind * Translate business needs into technical tasks and features * Collaborate with senior engineers on solution designs and architectural practices * Integrate systems using REST APIs, messaging and platform tooling * Participate in code reviews and continuously improve code quality * Contribute to engineering patterns, enterprise frameworks, and scalable design * Support QA, release processes, and deployment reviews * Work with product managers, UX designers, and platform engineers to ensure reliability and maintainability * Document systems, code, and processes; improve observability and incident readiness * Learn and apply ITSM/ITIL best practices in platform support * Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) and deliver incremental value Tasks * 3+ years in software engineering for web or enterprise apps * Experience with Laravel, WordPress and/or LAMP stack * Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Java, REST, XML, HTML, CSS * Strong fundamentals in version control, testing, and debugging * Ability to write maintainable, well-structured code and apply design patterns * Familiarity with architectural principles for scalable apps * Willingness to learn enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) * Awareness of security, performance, and accessibility considerations * Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) * Ability to break down stories, manage sprint work, and deliver incrementally * Experience with Jira, Git, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) * Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Curiosity and willingness to learn from feedback * Ability to document systems and configurations clearly * Willingness to assist in incident resolution and reliability best practices * Basic understanding of IT operations and software support processes Key requirements * bonus and/or long-term incentive units * medical benefits * financial benefits * career development * inclusive culture * competitive compensation
