Experteer Overview In this role you will help define and develop the next generation of chemical analysis devices used in semiconductor manufacturing. You will work with Applications, R&D and engineering to translate requirements into specifications, design new solutions, and validate performance through testing. The position spans conceptual design to practical implementation, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to close technology gaps. You’ll contribute to precision analytical equipment that supports advanced wafer processing and process control. Compensation / Benefits * Define requirements and specifications for chemical analysis processes with cross-functional teams * Develop improvement and test plans; drive vendors to execute * Evaluate materials and designs for chemical compatibility and performance * Conceptualize and realize new device designs when existing solutions do not fit * Collaborate with mechanical, electrical and software groups on design reviews and test plans * Create and execute test plans; analyze results to validate device/system performance * Troubleshoot system and subsystem issues with cross-functional teams * Support customers in implementing processes and optimizing tool performance * Lead advanced troubleshooting efforts in manufacturing and field * Travel <20% as needed Tasks * Master’s Degree with 0 years or Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years related experience * Background in engineering or physical sciences * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Good understanding of Mechanical, Fiber-optic, Fluidic, Electromechanical, Software and Control systems and their interactions * Experience or study in microfluidic systems, dispensing, spectroscopy, material science, or related disciplines desired * Proficient in Matlab, Python and LabView * Strong communication with suppliers and internal groups * Agility to thrive in a fast-paced program Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * 401(k) with company matching * employee stock purchase program (ESPP) * tuition reimbursement * wellness benefits and EAP * paid time off and holidays
