NET Developer-Software Engineer II

Experteer Overview As an experienced .Net Full Stack Developer, you will design, build, and maintain mission-critical web apps and scalable APIs. You’ll bridge backend robustness with user-friendly frontend interfaces, collaborating across product and engineering teams in financial and insurance sectors. You’ll work across the full stack, optimize performance, and contribute to secure, compliant solutions. This role offers meaningful impact through modernization and transformation initiatives. Compensation / Benefits * Design, implement, and maintain scalable web apps using C#, .NET Core/.NET 8 and modern web frameworks * Develop responsive SPAs with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js * Architect RESTful APIs and microservices with SOLID principles * Design efficient database schemas, write advanced T-SQL, and use EF Core with SQL Server * Proactively optimize performance and address latency to meet SLAs * Support CI/CD pipelines using Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions with secure deployments * Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews to ensure engineering standards * Collaborate with product managers and interop leads to align technical solutions with healthcare needs * Lead client engagement workstreams focused on process improvement and transformation Tasks * 3+ years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development * 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in regulated industries (Financial Services, Insurance, Banking) * Secure Coding Practices and SSDLC, mitigating OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities * Proficiency in C# and .NET (Core / .NET 5+), OOP, and asynchronous programming * Frontend SPA experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks * Relational DB design with MS SQL Server, data access via EF Core/ADO.NET, ensuring ACID in distributed systems * Experience writing unit/integration tests with xUnit/NUnit/MSTest * Bachelor’s degree in a related IT discipline (or equivalent experience) * Ability to travel up to 10% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
