Manager, Cloud Engineer - Terraform

Experteer Overview In this role, you drive cloud migration and architecture initiatives for clients within The Lighthouse by integrating Azure/AWS-based strategies with infrastructure modernization. You will collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design, plan, and implement IaaS/PaaS solutions that support transformation programs. You help craft migration roadmaps, assess cloud readiness, and contribute to thought leadership and methodology enhancements. Compensation / Benefits * Lead cloud migration engagements including strategy, readiness assessment, planning, and execution coordination (Azure/AWS) * Design, implement and migrate IT infrastructure to IaaS/PaaS environments; update applications for cloud readiness * Serve as primary liaison with client stakeholders and architects * Support business development through client pursuits and service proposals * Contribute to enhancements of infrastructure and cloud management methodologies; create thought leadership content Tasks * 5+ years in IT infrastructure technology management/architecture with IaaS/PaaS/DevOps cloud transformation and consulting experience * 4+ years of cloud strategy, migration, and transformation leadership including Azure or AWS * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences; MBA preferred * Experience with IaaS/PaaS (Azure or AWS); infrastructure automation/orchestration tools (e.g., Chef, Puppet, BladeLogic); server/storage and HA architectures * Terraform highly preferred * Desirable experience in Unix admin, scripting/programming, SDLC, and security; GenAI/RAG familiarity * Ability to travel; authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship Key requirements * comprehensive compensation and benefits package * medical and dental plans * vision coverage, disability and life insurance * 401(k) plans * personal well-being benefits * paid time off and holidays
