Systems Engineer - Integration & Test

Compensation / Benefits * Execute and maintain system-level integration and test procedures for agile software builds, including dry-runs and build verification testing * Perform environment setup, configuration management, interface verification, and troubleshooting of system-level issues * Analyze test results for requirements compliance, defects, and root-cause analysis with development teams * Support Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) and Test Review Boards (TRBs) with test reports and discrepancy analyses * Develop and maintain integration and test documentation (test plans, test cases, interface specs, configuration procedures) * Collaborate with software developers, DevOps, and systems engineering to ensure testability and verification * Support CI/CT processes and participate in automation initiatives to improve test efficiency * Follow established test processes and quality standards, proposing improvements to workflows Tasks * Active TS/SCI clearance * Bachelor in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related engineering discipline * Minimum 3+ years of systems engineering with 1-2 years in integration and test * Experience executing software integration and test procedures (planning, execution, data analysis, results documentation) * Experience with configuration management, version control, and software build processes * Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail) * Experience analyzing test results, troubleshooting, and supporting root-cause analysis * Knowledge of requirements management, traceability, and verification methods * Strong collaboration and communication skills across software, DevOps, and systems teams * Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with DevOps practices Key requirements * flexible time off * robust learning resources * comprehensive healthcare and retirement benefits * education opportunities * career growth and development * competitive compensation
