Job description

We have an immediate need for an experienced Cloud DBA with strong expertise in AWS cloud database technologies, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, database performance tuning, monitoring, incident response, and high availability to support enterprise database environments.

Requirements

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite, with primary locations in Wayne, PA or Charlotte, NC and backup locations in Plano, TX or Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with AWS Aurora, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MySQL, Redshift, AWS Console, Oracle, SQL Server, Oracle RAC, SQL Server Availability Groups, Oracle Data Guard, SQL, database performance tuning, backup/recovery, monitoring, alerting, locking/blocking investigation, and cloud incident management. Experience with Linux/Red Hat-based systems, CentOS, Oracle Linux, scripting, database migrations, query optimization, and supporting development teams is highly preferred.

No subcontracting is permitted on this position. Candidates must be willing to work directly on our payroll.
