NetSuite & Enterprise Applications Administrator

We are seeking a NetSuite & Enterprise Applications Administrator to support and enhance critical business applications across the organization. This individual will play an important role in application administration, user support, financial systems optimization, integrations, and continuous process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine technical aptitude with strong business acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and functional teams., * Provide day-to-day administration and support for NetSuite and related enterprise applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, application errors, and system-related tickets.

• Configure and maintain system enhancements, workflows, custom fields, forms, and other platform customizations.

• Support financial system processes within General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) modules.

• Assist with the design, maintenance, and troubleshooting of integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications.

• Participate in data migration, data mapping, validation, and reconciliation efforts.

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, searches, and system documentation.

• Work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and IT to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

• Support software updates, system testing, and ongoing platform optimization efforts.

• 2-5 years of NetSuite administration or support experience within an enterprise environment.

• Experience working with business applications and financial systems.

• Understanding of accounting concepts and financial workflows, including GL, AP, and AR.
