Job description

We are seeking an Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Functional Consultant for a long-term utility infrastructure project. You will configure, optimize, and support field operations and scheduling workflows., · Configure Oracle Field Service routing, capacity, and scheduling algorithms.

· Design workflows for field crews, outages, and asset inspections.

· Integrate Oracle Field Service with GIS, Asset Management, and Oracle Cloud modules.

· Gather business requirements and write functional design documents (FDD).

Requirements

· 5+ years of functional experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud.

· Experience in the Utilities, Energy, or heavy asset industry is plus

· Strong knowledge of quota rules, shift planning, and capacity management.

· Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and OTBI reporting.
