Experteer Overview In this Senior Associate role, you engage with clients to analyze needs, implement Oracle-based solutions, and provide training and ongoing support for Oracle applications. You’ll contribute to our Digital Core Modernisation practice, helping clients boost operational efficiency and achieve strategic goals. You will build client relationships, grow your leadership skills, and navigate complex situations with a growth mindset. This position offers exposure to Oracle consulting across multiple applications and opportunities to shape client outcomes and solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Analyze client needs to implement Oracle solutions effectively * Provide training and support for Oracle applications integration * Optimize client operations through analytical assessment * Create training materials to boost client understanding of Oracle systems * Implement technology solutions aligned with client objectives * Model business processes to improve workflows * Manage systems projects aligned with client strategy * Collaborate with teams to deliver innovative Oracle consulting * Interpret data to inform client insights and recommendations * Uphold professional and technical standards in engagements Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * At least 3 years of experience * Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite * Proficiency in Oracle CRM * Analytical thinking for solving complex business problems * Developing training materials for enterprise software implementations * Willingness to embrace change and emerging technologies * Experience in systems project management with process standardization * Travel up to 40% Key requirements * medical * dental * vision * 401k * holiday pay * vacation
