What You’ll Do Design, build, and maintain modern full-stack web applications. Partner closely with Product, Design, and business stakeholders to define and deliver new features. Translate customer feedback into scalable technical solutions. Develop clean, maintainable frontend experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks. Build robust backend services and APIs. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve the platform. Help establish engineering best practices and contribute to building a world-class engineering organization.

Requirements

Experience leading the delivery of customer-facing software products. Strong full-stack development experience. Expertise with: React, Next.js, Node.js, REST APIs Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases. Cloud experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or similar platforms. Strong product mindset with the ability to balance technical excellence and business priorities. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Bonus Points Experience building software in fintech, tax, accounting, payments, healthcare, insurance, or another regulated industry. Experience working closely with design systems and Figma. Experience mentoring engineers or helping grow engineering teams.
