Solutions Implementation Advisor

Experteer Overview In this role you will act as the primary interface for onboarding and managing the Neustar Trusted Call Solutions suite for Enterprise and Telecom clients. You will project-manage cross-functional efforts from contract to launch, translating business needs into technical use cases and data flows. You’ll train customers, provide operational support, and drive timely issue resolution while collaborating with product, sales, operations, and engineering to deliver strong customer outcomes. Your work will shape best practices and capture customer feedback to improve offerings. This hybrid role combines hands-on deployment with strategic engagement to enable successful deployments at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Serve as the primary interface for onboarding and managing Neustar Trusted Call Solutions for Enterprise and Telecom customers * Act as single point of contact to manage complex, multi-quarter customer projects * Develop and execute project plans aligning timelines, requirements, and internal resources * Translate business requirements into technical use cases, workflows, and data flows * Provide onboarding, training, and operational support while communicating technical concepts clearly * Address requests with urgency, coordinate issue resolution, and escalate as needed * Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and deliver business-focused solutions * Partner with product, sales, operations, and engineering to ensure successful outcomes * Represent customer needs to inform product and service improvements * Build trusted relationships through reliable execution and engagement management best practices Tasks * 5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Implementation, or Project Management with customer-facing responsibilities * Proven expertise in project management methodologies and lifecycle including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication * Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and data flows * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * Knowledge of Telecom, Communications, or SaaS industries preferred Key requirements * day-one medical, dental, and vision coverage * 401(k) with employer match * Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) * paid parental leave * tuition reimbursement * commuter benefits
