Experteer Overview In this role, you will help build scalable, AI-enabled technology platforms for high-impact client engagements within the Strategic Solutions Team. You will work across backend, frontend, data, and cloud domains to deliver production-ready applications. You’ll shape architecture, implement AI-powered capabilities, and ensure reliable releases in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role that blends software engineering with data and cloud technologies to drive measurable client outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Develop and maintain backend APIs and services using Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask) * Build modern web apps and dashboards with React and TypeScript for client-facing tools * Create AI-powered capabilities including LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and agent workflows * Design ETL processes and data integrations, event-driven architectures, and connections to external platforms * Work with relational and vector databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, pgvector) focusing on schema, indexing, and optimization * Deploy and manage cloud-native solutions on AWS with Docker, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS * Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, staged deployments, and rollback strategies * Monitor performance via logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, and production troubleshooting * Own and improve reusable platform components used across client solutions * Convert prototypes into secure, scalable, production-ready applications Tasks * 3+ years of production software experience in agile teams * Strong Python proficiency including async programming, type hints, PyTest, packaging, and performance tuning * Frontend experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript, API integration, and state management * Solid SQL skills with database design, data modeling, caching, and background processing * Experience deploying, monitoring, securing, and maintaining apps in AWS and containerized environments * Exposure to AI/ML solutions including LLM integrations, vector databases, APIs, and ML frameworks * Proficient with Git workflows, peer reviews, and CI/CD best practices * Self-starter with ownership of requirements to deployment * Strong written communication and collaboration across distributed teams * Comfort in a rapidly evolving environment with shifting priorities Key requirements *
