Senior ServiceNow Developer, Enterprise Workflow & Integrations

Experteer Overview In this role you will architect and build scalable ServiceNow-driven workflows and integrations across procurement, finance, HR, and employee services. You will work with cross-functional partners to modernize processes using AI-enabled capabilities and integrate with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Workday. The focus is on secure, maintainable solutions with minimal customization. You will drive enterprise-grade automation, data synchronization, and orchestration across platforms. Compensation / Benefits * Design, configure and support enterprise workflows across Procurement, Finance, HR, Employee Center, HRSD, Service Catalog, and case/request management * Develop and maintain catalog items, flows, approvals, notifications, forms, portal components, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs * Configure with a platform-first approach to minimize customization and technical debt * Build scalable request and case management solutions that enhance employee and business experiences * Design and implement secure integrations between ServiceNow and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Workday, and other platforms using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and event-driven patterns * Ensure accurate data mapping, transformation, monitoring, reconciliation, and exception handling across systems * Extend and customize IntegrationHub spokes with reusable patterns * Collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, HR, and Shared Services * Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures * Participate in design reviews, code reviews, architecture discussions, and solution planning * Support lifecycle management, code promotion, and production issue resolution * Drive AI-enabled service delivery and enterprise AI orchestration across platforms * Engage with external partners and vendors (IBM, Oracle, Workday, AMS) Tasks * 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience * 5+ years of enterprise integration experience (IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, Web Services, MID Servers, Integration Spokes) * 4+ years of enterprise workflow, service catalog, portals, and case/request management * 4+ years of understanding Procurement, S2P, Finance, HR, and Employee Service processes * 3+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or Workday integrations * 4+ years of proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow development frameworks, JSON/XML processing, and API security (OAuth2, certificates, API keys) * Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities (Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, Generative AI, Now Assist) * Experience with conversational AI, workflow orchestration, and intelligent service delivery * Experience integrating AI into enterprise workflow automation; exposure to Moveworks, IBM watsonx or similar platforms is desirable Key requirements *
