Job description
- Lead end-to-end technical design for Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions (PSS), LPI Data Model, and custom applications.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce architecture standards, integration patterns, and development best practices.
- Design and develop solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and OmniStudio.
- Work with FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical designs.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to security and development standards.
- Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and data pipelines.
- Conduct impact assessments for enhancements, new features, and Salesforce platform releases.
- Optimize system performance, data integrity, security, and governance.
- Design and maintain role hierarchies, sharing rules, access controls, and security models.
- Support CI/CD, DevOps, deployment strategies, version control, and release management.
- Participate in requirements workshops, architecture reviews, and solution validation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce development teams.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, technologies, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Apex, LWC, APIs, and integration frameworks.
- Experience with complex Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, and performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, version control, and release management.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) and Platform Developer II (PDII) certifications required.
- Experience providing technical leadership and working directly with business stakeholders.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

- Experience with Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and OmniStudio.
- Experience with enterprise integration and middleware platforms.
