Collaborate across the IC to understand customer intelligence gaps and needs to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of multi-INT collection against requirements; and the execution of collection plans and strategies to generate reliable and valid intelligence to customers.

Use statistical, algorithmic, mining and visualization techniques to find and interpret ISR data sources. Manage large amounts of data, ensure data consistency, produce visualizations, and develop models to report findings.

Assist in developing methods and criteria to evaluate whether collection requirements been satisfied, using Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs), Measures of Performance (MOPs), responses to collection plans and strategies, and others, and produces feedback of findings.

Demonstrate proficiency conducting statistics and using statistical packages such as, but not limited to, Matlab, SPSS, SAS, S-PLUS, or R. Graduate of an in-residence DoD / IC collection management course.

Assist in the development and implementation of collection management processes for Cyber National Mission Force, to include the synchronization of collection activities from SIGINT platforms along with Title 10 ISR capabilities.

Apply knowledge of United States SIGINT System (USSS) architecture to develop processes by which CNMF can track the tasking of collection operations in a single workflow which will provide a daily look at Cyber Operations, to include USSS, SOTA, C-S&R, and Cyber ISR.

Work alongside with CNMF J2 and CNMF teams to identify shortfalls and implement strategies to meet desired end states, as well as work alongside NSA X1/C /X3/X4 to take advantage of existing systems already in use and make recommendations of incorporating those systems into CNMF Collection Management Architecture.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience as Collection Manager
- Masterās Degree
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Base salaries at CRC are determined by various factors, including work location, an individualās education, knowledge, skills, experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected salary range for this position is $100,000 to $115,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of CAS total compensation package.
