Job description

Design, implement, integrate, and test cloud-native features and capabilities
Support hybrid cloud environments using containerization, orchestration, and serverless technologies
Develop and support web-based interfaces and REST or gRPC APIs
Work with Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging technologies
Support automation using Ansible, Bash, Go, and related tools
Support monitoring and logging technologies including Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, and Kibana
Manage cloud package repositories including Yum and Helm
Work across Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and private cloud environments
Utilize Git and Agile tools such as Jira within Scrum or Kanban teams
Troubleshoot and resolve cloud application and infrastructure issues

Requirements

Razor is looking for a Jr Cloud Engineer/AWS Administrator to support the development, integration, deployment, and sustainment of cloud-native services within mission-critical U.S. Government environments. This role focuses on hybrid cloud technologies, containerization, automation, monitoring, and application support across Linux-based cloud environments.

Education & Certification Requirements: Relevant technical education or equivalent professional experience. Kubernetes certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) are preferred.

Clearance Requirements: Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance required for classified assignments. A full-scope polygraph may be required depending on the specific assignment and access requirements., * 4+ years of recent programming experience with Java, Python, C++, Go, or equivalent platform integration/automation experience

Experience developing applications in Linux environments
3+ years of experience with Docker or similar containerization technologies
2+ years of experience deploying applications with Kubernetes or similar orchestration technologies
Experience supporting cloud-native or hybrid cloud environments
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Desired Skills:

AWS cloud administration experience
CKAD or CKA certification
Open-source software experience
Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community environments
