Feature Lead - Lead Android Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you lead and guide a team delivering technology solutions within Enterprise Payments Technology. You align complex software design with business goals and uphold coding standards. You’ll oversee multi-faceted implementations across a large, multi-year program to deliver scalable merchant software. You work closely with product owners and mentor engineers to improve delivery and quality. This is a chance to shape payment platform capabilities in a globally impactful environment. Compensation / Benefits * Design, develop, and own feature delivery for the MBSS program * Apply enterprise design, coding, and quality standards * Ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt * Guide the team on work breakdown, planning, and execution * Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain healthy backlog and clear criteria * Serve as team lead and mentor engineers * Coach team on planning, estimation, peer reviews, and engineering practices * Promote CI/CD practices and automation of tool stacks * Mentor other Software Engineers and champion automation in deployment pipelines Tasks * 5+ years coding solutions with unit testing against defined acceptance criteria * 5+ years designing/developing architecture components and interfaces while preserving architecture integrity * Proven Java and Kotlin Android production-level experience * Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON * Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and agile development * Experience mentoring engineers and coaching CI/CD practices Key requirements *
