Engineer, IT Manufacturing QC Labs

Experteer Overview In this role you will be a hands-on engineering contributor at Elanco, bridging manufacturing processes with digital systems through Laboratory Execution Systems (LES). You will design, configure, and support LES to improve efficiency, data integrity, and compliance across production and lab environments. You’ll collaborate with operations, quality, and process science to drive process improvements and validated, reliable systems. Compensation / Benefits * System Design and Configuration for LES solutions and integration * Process Optimization with operations and quality teams to reduce cycle times and improve data integrity * System Management and Support providing frontline troubleshooting and high availability * Integration with ERP (SAP), LIMS, and shop-floor equipment (PLCs/SCADA) * Validation and Compliance including IQ/OQ/PQ and documentation for GxP systems * Stakeholder Collaboration with Manufacturing Operations, Quality Assurance, and Process Science * User Knowledge and Enablement developing materials and training for LES users Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field * Hands-on experience configuring and supporting LES platforms (e.g., LabVantage, Waters Empower, SoftMax) * Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a regulated industry (pharma/biologics/animal health) * Knowledge of GxP and CSV principles * Familiarity with industrial automation concepts (PLCs/SCADA) and integration with MES/ERP systems * SQL experience for data queries and troubleshooting * Programming or scripting proficiency (Python, JavaScript) * AI literacy with GenAI tools for productivity while handling regulated data Key requirements *
