Job description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Orchestration Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support Workday Orchestrations and integrations that automate complex business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workday Orchestrations, Workday integrations, business process configuration, and troubleshooting., * Design and develop Workday Orchestrations to automate business processes and reduce manual effort.

  • Configure orchestration steps, triggers, conditions, approvals, notifications, and integrations.
  • Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, and other Workday integration technologies.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and other business teams to understand automation requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Workday orchestration and integration solutions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve orchestration and integration failures.
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, regression testing, and production validation.
  • Develop technical documentation, process flows, and support documentation.
  • Support Workday releases by assessing impacts on existing orchestrations and integrations.
  • Follow Workday security, data privacy, and integration best practices.
  • Participate in production support and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with Workday integrations and/or Orchestrations.
  • Hands-on experience developing and supporting Workday Orchestrations.
  • Strong understanding of Workday business processes and integration architecture.
  • Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
  • Knowledge of XML, JSON, XSLT, and integration troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of Workday security, domains, business processes, and calculated fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
