Strong Oracle Enterprise Linux (OEL) expertise

Experience with Linux monitoring and alerting
Strong performance tuning and troubleshooting
Experience with production incident management
Knowledge of Linux security and OS hardening
Strong SRE and reliability engineering practices
Experience improving system/platform stability
Ability to automate repetitive infrastructure tasks
Strong root cause analysis (RCA) skills
Ability to provide technical leadership
Experience with enterprise production environments
