Experteer Overview In this role you enable secure, scalable DevOps for multiple product teams, building automation and IaC to streamline builds, tests, and deployments. You will work closely with cross-functional peers to optimize cloud and Kubernetes-based infrastructure, and manage GitLab CI/CD with Argo CD on AWS. Compensation / Benefits * Develop infrastructure as code and scripting to automate tasks, provision managed services, and build tools * Manage GitLab CI/CD pipelines using GitLab runners and Argo CD to automate building, testing, and deployment * Install, configure, and tune Kubernetes and cloud-native logging/metrics (Elasticsearch, Grafana/Prometheus) * Design and maintain AWS infrastructure (EC2, Lambdas, EKS, RDS, S3, EFS, EBS) using Terraform and auto scaling * Collaborate with development teams to optimize performance and reliability * Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and ensure system uptime * Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders Tasks * Active TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph clearance (U.S. Citizenship required) * 20 years of Systems Engineering experience in programs/contracts of similar scope * Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (or 5 years of additional SE experience in lieu) * Strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, Ansible, Python * Experience with GitLab CI/CD, Argo CD, and containerized environments * Familiarity with Elasticsearch, Prometheus/Grafana, and Helm-based deployments * Ability to lead technical directions and coordinate with cross-discipline teams Key requirements * Health coverage (medical, dental, vision) * 401(k) plan with company match * Generous PTO and holidays, parental leave * Wellness programs and mental health support * Tuition reimbursement and professional development * Flexible work arrangements and remote options
