Sr. Process Design Consultant - Information Security

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead enterprise process design and improvement initiatives within CST to reduce risk, simplify execution, and boost delivery consistency. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders across functions to shape future operating models and measurable value. The position sits in PQ&O, aligning cybersecurity delivery with business strategy and regulatory requirements, and emphasizes continuous improvement and scalable solutions. This is a high-impact role for someone who drives transformation through data-driven insights and facilitation. Compensation / Benefits * Design and optimize enterprise processes aligned to strategy, risk, regulatory requirements, and CST delivery priorities * Lead complex process improvement programs to reduce friction, improve controls, and enhance delivery outcomes * Influence senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive sustainable adoption of new operating models * Facilitate transformation workshops, current-state assessments, root-cause analyses, and future-state design sessions * Apply Lean Six Sigma and quality practices in a scalable, bank-appropriate way * Establish metrics, track outcomes, and report progress, risks, and value realization to leadership * Embed continuous improvement in day-to-day operations to improve user experience and process maturity * Advance PQ&O’s vision by systematizing a culture of continuous improvement Tasks * Minimum 8 years of experience in process design, continuous improvement, operational excellence, or related field * Advanced expertise in process design and structured problem solving * Proven ability to lead large-scale change and drive adoption across matrixed organizations * Strong understanding of operational risk, controls, compliance, and cybersecurity delivery; info security/tech experience preferred * Ability to translate ambiguity into structured analysis and actionable recommendations * Data-driven mindset with ability to define metrics, baseline performance, analyze trends, and measure impact * Executive-level communication skills and ability to tailor messaging for senior audiences * Strong facilitation, coaching, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration; team player and good listener Key requirements * benefits eligible * industry-leading benefits * paid time off * discretionary incentive eligibility * flexible benefits
