Experteer Overview In this on-site role in Manchester, you lead a hands-on software team on a live Central Government project, shaping bespoke solutions. You drive architecture, design and delivery within an Agile, cross-functional setting, collaborating with clients to translate challenges into practical tech. You will build full-stack applications using Java, React and TypeScript, and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS. You’ll champion quality, security and modern engineering practices while supporting your team’s growth and career progression.
