Web Software Developer

Design and build the web front-end, executive dashboards, and BI-integrated reporting interfaces for the Data & Analytics Portal (DAP), delivering intuitive, self-service visualization capabilities to Government Power Users and Business Users.

• Ten (10) years of full-stack software engineering across the SDLC (requirements design, secure coding, testing, and deployment of web applications).

• Five (5) years creating, managing, and integrating production-level Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and reports (Tableau, Power BI) into web-based platforms.

B. On-Contract Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and update clean, intuitive executive dashboards, visualization tools, and reporting interfaces (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) consolidating ERP financial metrics and operational milestones.

• Build and integrate production-level BI dashboards and reports into web-based platforms as part of the Unified Visualizations deliverable and the Data & Analytics Portal (DAP).

• Deliver Adaptive UI & Feature Scaling: engineer application UIs and feature sets to scale dynamically and adopt future analytical tools as Command/DON/DOW priorities evolve.

• Implement the self-service front-end for the ‘’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’'’Platform-as-a-Product’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’ model, exposing the curated semantic layer and sandbox to Government Power Users through the portal.

• Develop web applications and secure user interfaces for data exploration integrated with back-end APIs and the governed data layer.
