Manager, Consumer Data Analytics

Experteer Overview In this role you lead a growing Consumer Data Analytics team to translate data into actionable business insights. You’ll partner with Consumer Banking and enterprise stakeholders to prioritize work and deliver high-quality analytics that drive business value. You will shape a centralized analytics function and mentor analysts, promoting learning and continuous improvement. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and develop a team of analysts across Consumer Banking initiatives * Manage intake, prioritization, and resource allocation to align work with business needs * Review reports and dashboards for accuracy and quality before delivery * Partner with Consumer Banking leaders to translate business challenges into analytical solutions * Coordinate priorities across multiple analytical disciplines and enterprise needs * Collaborate with Enterprise Data, BI, and tech teams to enhance reporting capabilities * Apply analytic and coding expertise to review logic and strengthen reporting reliability * Remove roadblocks and improve processes to boost efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction * Foster continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional development within the team Tasks * Bachelor’s degree with 6-8+ years of relevant experience, including leadership * Minimum 6 years of direct experience with data visualization and report design (Power BI, Tableau) * Proven leadership in coaching and developing analysts * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex data analysis * High attention to detail and ability to enforce analytical standards * Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques; familiarity with generative/agentic AI prompt optimization * Strong project and workflow management: prioritization, capacity planning, execution tracking * Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences * Ability to collaborate with senior analysts, business leaders, and technical teams * Experience driving process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency * Knowledge of consumer banking products and performance drivers (preferred) Key requirements *
