Experteer Overview As a Technical Program Manager, you drive end-to-end roadmaps for contextual search across search and chrome. You will harness AI tools to optimize workflows and scale development, introducing playbooks and best practices. You’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams to align timelines and deliverables, while partnering with engineering to resolve blockers. This role combines program leadership with hands-on architectural understanding to deliver high-impact search experiences at scale. You will contribute to a mission that makes context a default in search for billions of users. Compensation / Benefits * Define and drive end-to-end roadmaps for contextual search experiences across search and chrome. * Leverage generative AI and LLM interfaces to solve program problems and improve efficiency. * Create processes, best practices, and playbooks to scale development measurably. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables. * Develop deep technical landscape understanding to partner with engineering and proactively remove blockers. * Plan requirements, manage project schedules, and communicate with stakeholders across the company. * Convey analyses and tradeoffs to executives and engineers alike.
