Job description

Experteer Overview As a Salesforce Solution Architect at Booz Allen, you translate federal IT needs into scalable Salesforce designs that are secure and high-performing. You lead architectural strategy across CRM, cloud, and data systems, guiding enterprise integrations and cloud migrations. You collaborate with engineering, product, cybersecurity, and data teams to deliver impactful, governance-aligned solutions. This role offers shaping enterprise technology in the federal health space and mentoring the next generation of innovators. Compensation / Benefits * Design scalable Salesforce solutions and define architectural strategy across CRM, cloud, and data systems * Lead enterprise integration efforts, cloud migrations, and modernization initiatives * Guide governance, data migration, and integration patterns in complex environments * Collaborate with engineering, product, cybersecurity, and data teams to ensure seamless delivery * Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and enforcement of architectural standards * Mentor and develop junior engineers and architects * Support business requirements alignment with scalable, secure, reliable architectures Tasks * Experience in enterprise-level software architecture, delivery, or application modernization * Experience with Salesforce architecture, solution design, configuration, and customization in complex environments * Experience with MuleSoft integration strategies and API-led connectivity * Experience with governance frameworks and data migration strategies * Ability to align business requirements with technical architecture and provide technical leadership * Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination * Bachelor’s degree * Salesforce Application Architect Certification (preferred) Key requirements * health * life * disability * financial * retirement benefits * paid leave
