Job description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead the hospital’s network, data center, and cloud operations to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable technology supporting patient care. You will manage a network operations team and collaborate with IS leadership, clinical and operational staff, and vendors to drive improvements. You will oversee strategic planning, disaster recovery, and technology lifecycle management, delivering innovative solutions in a healthcare context. This is a mission-driven leadership role at a top specialty hospital with a focus on uptime, security, and continuous enhancement. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and supervise the Network Operations team (Network Systems Administrators, Network Messaging Administrators, Data Communications Administrators) * Oversee day-to-day data center and cloud operations * Ensure capacity planning for storage, processing power, and connectivity * Plan and manage network, hardware, software, cloud, and infrastructure projects from implementation to support * Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions * Drive process improvements to enhance technology services * Coordinate implementation, optimization, training, communication, and long-term support * Ensure solutions align with organizational goals and business needs * Assist with annual infrastructure budgeting with IS leadership * Maintain regular maintenance for on-premises, off-site, and cloud infrastructure * Maintain accurate inventory of IS assets * Ensure timely support and communication for network, data center, and cloud services * Research and recommend technology solutions and vendor options for purchasing and budgeting * Maintain documentation for maintenance agreements and project status in Help Desk system * Develop and update the information systems disaster recovery plan * Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, OSHA, and federal regulations * Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate network operations staff Tasks * Bachelor’s degree (CS coursework preferred) with ongoing IS technology development * 5+ years in a business or hospital IS environment * Vendor management and technology purchasing experience preferred * Familiarity with Joint Commission standards and federal regulations; disaster recovery planning preferred * Experience leading a technical team in a hospital or enterprise setting Key requirements *
