Sr Analyst, Security - Tucson, AZ

Experteer Overview In this on-site role with RTX, you will support Special Programs Security by enforcing NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, and JSIG across classified environments. You will develop SOPs, assist with security audits and inspections, and manage security for contractors and materials. The role focuses on risk-based security controls, compliance, and safeguarding sensitive program information. You will work closely with ISSO/ISSM in a mission-driven, security-conscious team that protects national security interests. Compensation / Benefits * Administer security procedures in classified environments (NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, JSIG) * Develop and implement local SOPs and OPSEC plans * Support testing, shipping, and storage of classified materials * Implement a media control program per JSIG requirements * Provide security oversight to subcontractors and suppliers (DD Form 254) * Maintain secure facilities IAW ICD 705 * Participate in internal reviews and government inspections * Investigate security infractions and assess risk for program impact * Collaborate with ISSO/ISSM on JSIG implementation * Escort duties requiring a valid driver’s license * Onsite role at Tucson, AZ location Tasks * University Degree or equivalent experience, or Advanced Degree in a related field * Experience with security audits/inspections in compliance with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and/or ICD 705 * Experience with Microsoft Products Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * life insurance * 401(k) match * flexible spending accounts * flexible work schedules * paid time off
