Oracle MDM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle MDM (Master Data Management) Consultant to support the design, implementation, configuration, and integration of Oracle Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical knowledge of master data processes and experience working with Oracle Cloud applications, data governance, data quality, and enterprise integrations. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and data governance teams to define master data requirements and deliver scalable solutions., * Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle MDM solutions and functional specifications.

• Design, configure, and implement Oracle MDM solutions based on business and data governance requirements.
• Work with enterprise master data domains such as Customer, Supplier, Product/Item, and Location.
• Define and implement master data creation, maintenance, approval, validation, and governance processes.
• Support data cleansing, standardization, enrichment, deduplication, and data quality initiatives.
• Develop and maintain data models, hierarchies, relationships, and business rules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish data ownership, stewardship, and governance processes.
• Integrate Oracle MDM with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SCM, CX, Procurement, and other enterprise applications.
• Work with integration technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and other middleware platforms.
• Support data migration, conversion, reconciliation, and validation activities.
• Develop functional and technical specifications for MDM-related enhancements and integrations.
• Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and production support.
• Troubleshoot master data and integration issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Create documentation including process flows, configuration documents, data mappings, test scenarios, and user guides.
• Provide guidance on MDM best practices, data governance, and master data lifecycle management.

• 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), with strong experience in Oracle MDM solutions.
• Strong understanding of master data concepts, data governance, data quality, and data stewardship.
• Experience with one or more master data domains such as Customer, Supplier, Product/Item, or Location.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM/CX or Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Strong understanding of data models, hierarchies, relationships, validations, and business rules.
• Experience with data migration, cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore/onshore teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Product Hub / Product Information Management (PIM).
• Experience with Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM).
• Experience with Oracle Supplier Data Management (SDM).
• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Knowledge of third-party MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, Stibo STEP, Reltio, or SAP MDG.
• Experience implementing data governance frameworks and data quality solutions.
• Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
