FinOps AI / ML Engineer Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you drive agentic AI-enabled FinOps automation across multi-cloud environments, shaping reference architectures and governance frameworks. You lead squads to deliver production-grade automations and ensure compliant, auditable workflows. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to translate cloud cost optimization into measurable savings and value for clients, while mentoring others and contributing to proposals. This is a hands-on, impact-focused leadership position within Accenture’s Cloud Advisory practice. Compensation / Benefits * Define reference architectures for agentic AI orchestration and multi-cloud integrations * Establish cost governance frameworks using policy engines and IaC guardrails * Lead squads to implement automation workflows, IaC modules, and policy libraries with CI/CD integration and automated checks * Mentor associates and consultants on automation best practices and FinOps standards * Operationalize Responsible AI standards including RBAC, secrets management, and auditability * Define KPIs for automation coverage, policy adherence, and realized savings; publish dashboards * Support client proposals, workshops, and SOW development for agentic-enabled FinOps programs Tasks * 8+ years in cloud engineering, AI automation, or platform architecture * 3+ years leading FinOps automation programs * 1+ year experience with agentic AI frameworks and MCP integration * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years) * Bonus: FinOps Practitioner or CSP certifications; Python/TypeScript; IaC; policy-as-code engines; CI/CD tools Key requirements * medical * dental * vision * life * long-term disability * 401(k) plan
