This individual will partner closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to enhance workflows, improve system performance, and support strategic initiatives throughout the organization.

This wording will broaden the candidate pool to include both Radiology-focused (Radiant) and Cardiology-focused (Cupid) analysts while still ensuring strong Epic build experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

Minimum 5-7 years of Epic application build, configuration, and support experience within a healthcare environment.

Strong understanding of radiology and/or cardiology workflows, including scheduling, orders, imaging procedures, results management, and clinical operations.

Experience with Epic build, testing, validation, upgrades, and implementation methodologies.

Experience supporting incident resolution, enhancement requests, optimization efforts, and end-user support.

Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Epic system solutions.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Experience supporting Epic Radiant, Cupid, Cadence, Prelude, Orders, or related Epic applications.

Experience supporting a multi-hospital health system.

Knowledge of PACS, RIS, cardiovascular imaging systems, DICOM, and HL7 integrations.

Previous experience supporting radiology, cardiology, imaging, cath lab, or procedural service lines.

Experience participating in Epic implementations, upgrades, optimizations, or large-scale healthcare IT projects.
