The role You’ll work across frontend and backend through the full lifecycle: from understanding product requirements and discussing architecture, to building features, reviewing code, improving performance and maintaining production-quality applications. Our stack is modern - React, Node.js, TypeScript and cloud-based environments. It’s a fit for someone with 3+ years of experience who wants to move beyond pure execution, take on more ownership and grow as an engineer in a team that takes quality seriously. How we use AI AI is already part of how we build. You’ll use Claude and GitHub Copilot - both provided by the company - for coding, refactoring, debugging, documentation, test generation and technical exploration, and we’re exploring agent-based

workflows for repetitive tasks. The principle: engineers stay directly responsible for the code they ship. AI raises productivity and quality, it doesn’t lower the bar.
