Senior Full-stack Engineer (backend-heavy)

Experteer Overview In this role you will join a cross-functional team to deliver impactful learning experiences for tutors and learners at scale. You will shape backend and frontend engineering across Python/Django and React, drive architectural decisions, and mentor others to raise the engineering bar. You’ll apply data-driven methods to validate ideas, work with product and UX teams, and own initiatives from discovery to deployment.
