If you have recently completed - or are about to complete - a Master’s in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field, and you are looking to start your career in a role that combines data, business, and strategy, this opportunity could be for you At Chemo, we are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to support the Business Development & Portfolio team, helping analyze data and strategic information to identify, assess, and prioritize new product opportunities. This role is designed for someone with strong potential, analytical curiosity, and a willingness to learn, who wants to grow in an environment where data has a real impact on decision-making. What are we looking for? We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset, an interest in working with data, and a business-oriented approach, who is eager to learn how to transform complex information into useful insights that support strategic decisions. We are not necessarily looking for extensive professional experience, but rather for a solid foundation, a learning mindset, and motivation to grow in an international pharma environment. The challenge Support the collection, organization, and analysis of market, competitor, and internal data. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of reports, metrics, benchmarks, and dashboards. Help structure, clean, and transform data for analysis. Contribute to quantitative analyses aimed at identifying product opportunities and market trends. Support the generation of insights for the Portfolio and Business Development teams. Work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into useful analyses. Learn and progressively develop automation and data analysis capabilities within the team. What do you need? A recently completed - or nearly completed - Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. Foundational knowledge of tools such as Python, SQL, and Excel. Interest in applying data analysis to business decisions. Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and eagerness to learn. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work with non-technical stakeholders. A level of English that allows you to work in an international environment and handle documentation/information comfortably. It would be great if you also have Knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Experience with academic or personal projects related to data analysis. Interest in the pharma, healthcare, or regulated industries. Basic understanding of automation, ETL, or data preparation processes. A genuine interest in combining data business strategy.
