Senior Data Executive

My client is looking to recruit a Senior Data executive to join their growing business where you will be responsible for managing and analysing large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy and providing a professional and responsive service to clients., * Manage and maintain large volumes of customer and operational data.

• Provide exceptional B2B customer service to large corporate clients.
• Analyse, manipulate and reconcile large data sets using Microsoft Excel.
• Produce reports and management information for clients and internal teams.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and customer queries.
• Ensure all data is accurate, complete and up to date.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer and data-related issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and processes.
• Manage workload effectively and meet agreed deadlines.
• Support and provide guidance to junior members of the team where required.

• Experience within the environmental, waste, utilities or similar sectors would be advantageous.
